Affordable Fridays is a hybrid series designed to educate lenders on affordable housing programs and grants that aim to increase home ownership in New York State. Affordable Fridays will feature industry partners and stakeholders to highlight programs & products available throughout New York State. 

On 6/16, HUD Office of Single Family Housing, Federal Housing Administration (FHA) Philadelphia Homeownership Center Deputy Director Eric McDowel will provide an overview of the FHA Mortgage Insurance Purchase Products, and highlight how FHA continues to help expand the nation’s housing supply and address current market conditions by supporting affordable, sustainable homeownership and financing options.
