MBA Chair Laura Escobar will provide the view from Washington on the current state of the Mortgage Banking Industry, Legislative initiatives and the early outlook for 2026.    

MBA Deputy Chief Economist Joel Kan will provide up to the minute Industry metrics for various components of the Housing market to include the national and New York State Interest Rate environment, Originations, and Loan Performance, as well as the outlook for 2026    

Steve Richman will deliver his high paced, deep dive into 2 words - 6 letters - 1 question - "Why You". Be prepared to answer the question - Why Should I Choose You? Why Should I Buy from You? You better have a powerful answer!
