This is your chance to see and engage with 3 nationally recognized speakers. Kicking off the session will be Sue Woodard with her dynamic presentation “GEN CX –The Future of Customer Experience.” 

Sue is Chief Customer Officer of Total Expert and has been recognized as one of the leading women in the US mortgage industry by being listed in the 2018 edition of Mortgage Professional America’s Elite Women. Immediately following her presentation, Sue will be joined by Convention Speakers Ally Carty & Robbie Chrisman for a Q & A session on best sales practices with attendees!
